A tiny glimpse of my trip...

This is just a tiny glimpse of my trip - it's not the way I'd like to do it, but I can't sit down with everyone and explain the heart behind the pictures I took.  I so wish I could.

Each picture had a reason - a family would come through triage and they touched my heart so I'd ask if I could take their picture.  The kids LOVED to have their picture taken and then look at it right away on my camera!  I'll can't wait to print them out and mail them back to Missions of Hope to give them to the kids!  Some pictures I took just to share with the team.  They were so busy and when I'd get a break in triage I would walk around and take pictures.

I'll do my best to explain more over the next few days as I do a day by day blog - but I'll warn  you - I took 833 pictures and video (they ended up calling me the trip photographer because I never put my camera down - well, just one time, but I'll explain more on that later) - I know I can never blog about all 833 - but I'll do my very best.  I do plan on uploading the pictures to Shutterfly tonight (I WAS doing that prior to this post, but it was going to take over 5 hours so I thought I'd do it once we all go to bed tonight!)

This is just a little way to share and say thank you.  My words can't express it - so hopefully this video and the posts to follow will suffice.
